What are the six modes?
Soft, Strong, Wake-up, Comfort, Sleep and Automatic — each blends the heat, air pressure and vibration differently. A short press of the power button cycles through them in order, and a double-press adjusts the vibration intensity. It defaults to Soft, which is the right place to start.

The hot compress holds a gentle, constant temperature on your closed eyelids — the same principle optometrists recommend for warm compress therapy — and every session ends automatically at fifteen minutes. If you have an existing eye condition or recent eye surgery, check with your optometrist first, and remove contact lenses and eye makeup before a session.
